About Annie's Place .

Annie-cat Wilson is the boss around here, she is tiny but mighty, you won't be likely to see her in the daytime because she sleeps a lot, but if you were here painting at night you would catch her stomping around and keeping all the critters off her land. So make sure you are on your best behaviour when you visit! Find out more about Annie by taking a look at her Facebook page below.

A colorful sign with splashes of watercolor paint and a house drawing, inscribed with 'Annie's Place,' is mounted on a wooden structure in a garden. Below the sign, a fluffy cat with long fur and striped markings sits on a cinder block. Pink and white flowers bloom in bright green pots nearby, and a wooden fence and brick wall are visible in the background.

A Family Tradition of Creativity

Even now, pottery painting continues to be part of our family story. Our grown-up children still go along with friends (and, I'm very proud to say, even the occasional date night!), and now our grandchildren are beginning their own creative journeys too. It's something that spans generations-and that feels really special.

And as for the name “Annie’s Place”? That part was easy. It's named after Annie Boobles Wilson-our cat, our quiet supervisor, and quite frankly, the real boss of the studio. She's never far away, always keeping a watchful eye on everything that's going on.

So that's a little bit about us. Annie and I can't wait to welcome you-whether you're coming along on your own for a peaceful moment of creativity, or joining us with family, friends, or even for a date-here at Annie's Place.
